AI Job Agent provides a suite of tools, including a web application and a Chrome Extension, to help users analyse their CV/résumé against job descriptions and find suitable job opportunities. The analysis is performed using AI technologies, including Google Gemini.

AI Job Agent is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC, or Amazon Web Services, Inc. "LinkedIn", "Google", "Gemini", and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Acceptable Use of Third-Party Sites

You must use the Chrome Extension in compliance with the terms of any third-party site you access, including LinkedIn's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for any consequences (such as account suspension) arising from automated interactions with such sites.

4. Data Handling & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the AI Job Agent Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By uploading a résumé or any other document you confirm that you have the legal right to share that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us the right and license to use, modify, and process this content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Job Agent and its licensors.

8. AI / Accuracy Disclaimer

The AI matching scores are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. AI Job Agent makes no guarantee of job suitability, interview selection, or employment.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Job Agent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Service Modification & Discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
