Team CDL-A Regional Route Driver Maximize your team earning potential on a dedicated regional run moving freight throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic corridors (NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD). The Mileage & Run: Average 4,500 to 5,000 miles weekly with weekly home time (weekend schedules rotate). Cargo Operations: Zero-touch freight featuring mostly drop-and-hook drops. Dry backhauls are 75% preloaded and 25% live. Maintain careful load securement as transit conditions can occasionally cause pallets to shift or collapse. Compensation Breakdown: Earn a $0.74 split CPM alongside $20 per backhaul, bringing weekly gross totals to $1,500–$1,700. Initial training pays $100 per day for 1 classroom day and 1 ride-along day. Bonus Structure: Split a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 per person) paid incrementally: $250 after load #1, $250 at 30 days, $250 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 9 months, and $750 at 1 year. Shift Expectations: Open availability is required for fluctuating schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. On-site help is available 24/7. Hiring Standards: Must have 3 months of experience within the last 3 years (or 36 months overall), pass mandatory urine and hair follicle tests, and maintain patience with retail personnel.
