The Materials Support Rep serves the kitchen department to identify, scan, and move all kitchen ingredients from dry, refrigerated and frozen storage space to the kitchen. ### Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Review daily schedule and pick lists to identify, scan and move all kitchen ingredients from dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage space to the kitchen department - Interact with Kitchen personnel to retrieve items needed. - Review comps & sub-comps and look of the food to ensure proper items have been pulled as many items look alike - Monitor usage and ensure the department always has the ingredients ready for production - Run pallet inverter as necessary to remove wooden pallets from food and replace with plastic pallets.
