Position Requirements Description Cardiac Anesthesiologist opening with private Catholic, non-profit hospital in Rockford, IL, with nationally ranked heart program. OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is a designated Level I trauma center. The nonprofit Catholic hospital is dedicated to serving the diverse community of Rockford, IL. Total Rewards Salary: $550K annually Sign-on incentive: $100K Cardiac Stipend: $50K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments • Light OB, cardiac, healthy peds, ortho, spine, general, GYN, advanced cardiac procedures including robotic cardiac, TEVAR, TAVR, robotic lung resections, and more Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Cardiac Anesthesiologist - OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center - Full Time Full compensation package!
