- 複数の専門家や実務家などが関わるプロジェクトに参画・推進した経験
- 技術の社会的影響を多角的に分析・言語化した経験
- 人文社会科学の知見を、組織内で活用できる知識・仕組みに落とし込んだ実績
- 作文（2000〜3000文字程度）
- 先端技術（AI、ロボット、AR/VR、RWA、量子コンピュータなど）を1つとりあげ、その技術がメルカリにおいて社会実装されると仮定し、以下の2つについて論じて下さい
- 1）その技術がもたらすポジティブなインパクトと想定されるELSI
- 2）その技術を安全にかつ社会的受容性もある形で実装するために、企業はどのようなアプローチをとるべきか、ご自身の専門領域や経験を踏まえて述べて下さい
選考の流れ
- 書類選考
- 面接
- ポジションにより、複数回の面接をお願いします
- 専門性に関する選考：提出いただいた作文に関して、その内容のプレゼンテーションをいただき、ディスカッションを行います
- リファレンス：オンライン回答形式のもので、最終選考の前後でお願いします
- オファー：最終選考とリファレンスの内容より決定されます
