Shift: 2nd shift Pay Range: up to 80k Equipment: folders, inserters, cutters, stitchers ### Job Description # Bindery Supervisor **Flint, Michigan** **2nd Shift** ## Position Summary We are seeking an experienced **Bindery Supervisor / Lead Bindery Operator** to lead daily operations within the bindery and finishing department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for machine setup, production efficiency, employee development, quality standards, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The department consists of approximately **11 core team members**, with additional support brought in during peak production periods.
