The PM Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff is in compliance with company procedures and providing the highest quality service and products with maximum operating results. This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability. *Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record *If not currently held, must be able to obtain the following within 90 days of hire: Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course, an up to date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton, and be certified in food safety. * This position requires the ability to frequently and repeatedly lift up to 50+ pounds and walk roughly 5+ miles per shift. Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited: • Supervision of staff to include; training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide exceptional internal and external guest satisfaction. • Greeting and informing guests and team members of specials and new items in the restaurants. • Ensuring that the restaurants/food outlets adhere to Wilderness Resort standards, cleanliness, conditional, and service standards at all times. • Addressing opportunities or concerns of a guest and resolving them in a timely manner. • Work closely with and report all issues/feedback to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager. • Oversee nightly shifts. Complete mastery of all duties including bartender, server, busser, hostess, and dishwasher. • Assist with overseeing the rest of the Food and Beverage Department as the F&B Supervisor on Duty. • Product ordering and inventory tracking for the assigned outlet. *Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer*
