I. Key responsibilities: Supporting the Local Remittance and Deposit Team in preparing documents, reports, and other administrative tasks. Assisting in coordination with internal departments for daily operational matters. Supporting data updates, record maintenance, and document filing related to local remittance’s business activities. Requirements: Undergraduate student wiht Minimum cumulative GPA of 8.0/10.0 (or equivalent scale) English: Fluency required (Minimum Score of IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 700) Japanese (Preferred): Intermediate proficiency or higher (JLPT N2 level or above. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and time-management skills High level of attention to detail, personal integrity, reliability, and patience Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and general computer software Active involvement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles History of national, regional, or university-level academic and professional awards.
