create development pathways that build both tactical excellence and longer-term strategic capability.Model the standard for subject matter depth and client-centric storytelling across the team.Thought Leadership & External PresenceRepresent Innovaccer at industry conferences, panels, and client events as a recognized voice on payer and government health strategy.Contribute to and review thought leadership content, white papers, and point-of-view materials that differentiate Innovaccer in the market.Help build Innovaccer’s profile with key stakeholders in the Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and public sector health ecosystem.What You Need10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, with significant time spent on the payer or government side — as an operator, consultant, or senior vendor executive.Deep, first-hand understanding of payer business models, managed care operations, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage market dynamics, and/or state and federal government health programs.Experience with UM, Risk, Quality , Coding, Attribution, Payer platformsDemonstrated ability to operate effectively at the C-suite level, both in client-facing settings and as an internal influencer.Strong analytical and strategic toolkit: ability to frame complex problems, build compelling business cases, and synthesize market intelligence into actionable recommendations.Experience supporting or leading enterprise sales pursuits, including RFP/RFI responses, executive presentations, and solution design.Proven track record of building productive cross-functional relationships in matrixed, fast-moving organizations.Experience managing and developing teams; A Day in the Life
Segment Strategy & Market Leadership
- Define and continuously refine the go-to-market strategy for the Payer and Public Sector segments, including market prioritization, competitive positioning, and solution packaging.

What You Need
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, with significant time spent on the payer or government side — as an operator, consultant, or senior vendor executive.
- Deep, first-hand understanding of payer business models, managed care operations, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage market dynamics, and/or state and federal government health programs.
- Experience with UM, Risk, Quality , Coding, Attribution, Payer platforms
