Project ExecutionDesign and track KPIs and OKRs for key initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Ops, HR, Sales) to move projects forward Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, and flag issues early Help run strategic projects end-to-end, from concept through implementation Requirements:1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, people/HR strategy, or a related role Strong analytical skills; confident in Excel/Sheets and basic data analysis Clear written and visual communication; strong slide-building skills (PowerPoint/Slides) Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and asking sharp questions Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Nice to Have: Experience in the industry or in a high-growth environment Experience with OKRs, strategic planning, or organisational design Basic familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or similar What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months): Helps deliver 2–3 key strategic projects on time, with clear outcomes Produces high-quality analysis and decks that leadership regularly uses for decisions Becomes a go-to partner for coordinating and structuring strategic work
