Περιγραφή θέσης & κύριες αρμοδιότητες
- Επικοινωνία με υπάρχοντες πελάτες με σκοπό την ενημέρωσή τους για θέματα που αφορούν το όχημά τους ή νέα μοντέλα αυτοκινήτων με δυνατότητα test drive
- Διαχείριση και reminder για προγραμματισμό ραντεβού για επερχόμενο service του οχήματος τους
- Εξερχόμενες κλήσεις με σκοπό την έρευνα ικανοποίησης μετά απο test drive
- Σταθερό ωράριο Δ-Π 09:00-15:00 (6ωρη απασχόληση)
Requirements
- Πτυχίο ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
- Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε λιανική πώληση ή αντίστοιχη θέση σε οργανωμένο περιβάλλον call center
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ
