【必須要件】 ・ITインフラ、クラウド、または関連領域におけるソリューション営業経験を有する方 ・顧客と信頼関係を構築できる、コミュニケーション能力を有する方 ・顧客ニーズを的確に把握し、課題の本質を捉えたうえで、解決に向けた提案を主体的に行えるコンサルティブな志向を持つ方 ・仮想化、クラウド、セキュリティをはじめとするITインフラ全般の基礎知識を有し、AI・データ活用など新しい技術領域にも積極的にキャッチアップできる方 ・他部署の営業、技術部門、パートナー企業など多様なステークホルダーと連携し、利害関係を調整しながら案件を主体的に推進できる方 ・複雑な課題や調整が求められる状況においても、粘り強く取り組み、最後までやり遂げる実行力を有する方 ・最新技術や市場トレンドに高い関心を持ち、自ら継続的に学びながら、顧客への価値提供に結び付けられる成長志向のある方 【その他(Want条件)】 ・英語力 #japanexperienced #LI-Hybrid Additional Skills: Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Assertiveness, Bias, Building Rapport, Buyer Personas, Coaching, Complex Sales, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Interactions, Design Thinking, Empathy, Financial Acumen, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Industry Knowledge, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity {+ 6 more} What We Can Offer You: Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
