But this role isn’t just about following rules — it’s about leading crews, controlling production, and delivering clean, inspection-ready jobs every time. We’re looking for a Production Manager who can: Lead crews with authority Execute work efficiently without sacrificing compliance Catch problems early and solve them fast Take pride in running tight, professional jobs This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to operate at a high level in the field. The Role As Abatement Production Manager , you are responsible for field execution, crew performance, and compliance across all abatement projects. You ensure: Jobs are compliant, contained, and inspection-ready Crews perform safely, efficiently, and consistently Documentation is accurate and audit-ready Production stays on track and under control You are the standard setter in the field — where expectations become reality. What You’ll Own Field Execution & Compliance Oversee containment setup, negative air systems, and decontamination procedures Ensure full compliance with EPA NESHAP, OSHA 1926.1101, NMED, and local requirements Conduct job hazard analysis and review asbestos surveys Crew Leadership Lead and manage abatement technicians Set clear daily expectations and hold crews accountable Train and develop team members on safety, quality, and performance Production Performance & Accountability Run multiple jobs with control over execution and timelines Monitor labor efficiency and field productivity Identify and solve production issues before they impact schedule or cost Documentation & Quality Control Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and job documentation Ensure every job is inspection-ready at all times Enforce quality and compliance standards without exception Operational Coordination Work with leadership on scheduling and job planning Support smooth transitions into reconstruction phases What Success Looks Like You are successful when: Jobs pass inspection with zero compliance issues Crews operate safely, efficiently, and without constant oversight Documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Production runs smoothly and predictably Problems are solved early — not escalated late You don’t just run jobs — you control outcomes.
