This Position reports to: HR Team Lead We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with German and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Germany. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment. About the Internship: Start date: 14.09.2026 or 01.10.2026 Work in a modern office in Kraków Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week) We expect availability of 20h per week We’d be happy to continue working together long-term if you enjoy our organization - we offer strong development opportunities! Responsibilities: Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in DE Process and manage electronic employee data files Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events Support the family allowance process Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely handling of HR data Requirements: Active student status Fluency in German and English (both B2-C1) Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills A future opportunity This role is part of our talent pipeline, which means it’s not currently open, but we’re always looking for curious minds, bold thinkers, and people who want to make an impact.
