ABM Specialist

***MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform** for industrial and frontline teams. **More than 13,000 customers**, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.* ***In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining*** [***Autodesk Operations Solutions***](https://adsknews.autodesk.com/en/views/inside-autodesk-operations-solutions/)***, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations.** Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.* **Role context** This role sits on our Customer Growth Marketing team, inside the account-based marketing (ABM) program that drives site expansion within our existing Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.. You will run the campaigns that introduce MaintainX to new sites and departments, keeping the expansion pipeline growing as targets rise. **The role** You will own the execution behind our ABM programs, so we reach more of our named accounts with timely, relevant campaigns. - Run our paid ABM programs on LinkedIn and programmatic: build audiences from account lists and signals, shift budget and creative based on engagement, and test new channels as budget grows. Plan and launch coordinated campaigns across webinars, events, email, and direct mail, timed to account activity and Sales priorities, so Sales has a relevant touchpoint when an account shows buying signals. - Set up and QA campaigns in our ABM and marketing tools, and keep account and contact data clean so we reach the right people. - Write briefs for ads and landing pages for Creative and keep a refresh calendar, so no campaign goes stale. - Report on campaign results and bring your own ideas for one-to-few and one-to-one account plays, so we can go after more high-value accounts. You will work closely with our Senior Manager, ABM, who sets strategy and signal design, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Events, and Content. Within 6 to 12 months, you will run our paid programs independently, own your pipeline KPIs, and have designed account plays of your own. **About you** - 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on paid digital, ABM, or demand generation experience - Experience managing paid campaigns, ideally on LinkedIn and programmatic, and optimizing for pipeline quality rather than volume - A track record of executing multi-channel campaigns end to end, ideally ABM campaigns - Working knowledge of Outreach (or similar) and Salesforce - Strong project management across many campaigns and deadlines at once - Comfort pulling performance data, spotting trends, and explaining what they mean - Initiative and comfort with ambiguity: you do well in a high-growth environment where priorities pivot Nice to have: - Experience with ABM or sales intelligence tools (UserGems, ZoomInfo, Clay, Demandbase, 6sense) - Experience with direct mail or other offline ABM tactics - Background in industrial or operations software **We offer** - **Work in the physical world.** The accounts you target run factories, fleets, and facilities, and when our software works, their lines stay up. - **A product the industry already loves.** Customers who choose us renew and expand, so you are building on something that already wins. - **Autodesk scale, same mission.** MaintainX is part of Autodesk Operations Solutions (AOS), which brings Autodesk’s global reach to the problem we were already solving. - **An early seat.** This program is scaling fast, and the account plays we have not had capacity to run are yours to design. **Values and how we work** We reward output and promote quickly when people deliver. We hire for what you have shipped, not what your title was. You get autonomy and the trust to use it, and we expect you to bring ideas rather than wait to be asked. Priorities shift in a company growing this fast, and we say so openly. **Our mission is to keep the physical world running.** Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build. **Compensation and benefits.** Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at [](http://benefits.autodesk.com). For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it. **Belonging.** We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive.
