Requirements: · Communication Skills - both oral and written · Customer Service · High School diploma or equivalent experience · Microsoft Office Suites · Candidate required to be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National Description: · Highly organized with office management type skills · Able to work in a fast paced and high pressure role · Business Telecom Experience · Customer service focused · Detail Oriented · Special Pricing team provides sales support to Agent Managers/Agents by securing competitive pricing to win/retain opportunities. · Review pricing opportunities to determine if better pricing is required, provides possible solutions to support special priced deals · Works with strategic pricing for approvals beyond their authority utilizing the ROME ( Siebel platform) system, works with contract management group to revise contract language as needed, addresses contractual issues in respect to Special/Custom deals, perform Ethernet Checks and provide promotional rates available. · May also work on retention program to ensure revenue renewal and growth.
