What is the Accelerate Development Program? The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals) Promotes professional development , enabling deep exposure to Bosch products , processes, and technologies 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles You are hired as a full-time employee from day one , with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey Designed to transition you into a final role as a Production & Testing Engineer. This program is the right fit for you if: You are passionate about hands-on testing, validation, and laboratory environments: You are eager to work directly with state-of-the-art test benches, commissioning equipment, and participating in the ramp-up of testing facilities (such as the Local Analysis Center in TIP). You love deep-dive failure analysis and root-cause problem solving: You enjoy investigating why components fail on the line and applying structured methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, A3) to implement permanent corrective actions. You thrive in fast-paced production environments: You adapt quickly to new teams, cross-functional challenges (Quality, Manufacturing, Suppliers), and rotating assignments every 6 months. You have a data-driven and analytical mindset: You leverage data tools (Excel, Power BI, Python/SQL) to back up engineering decisions, optimize testing cycles, and eliminate plant bottlenecks. Requirements: Academic Background, recent graduates or early-career professionals in: Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Electromechanical Engineering Mechanical Design Engineering Automotive Engineering Industrial Engineering (with a strong focus on Product Development) Technical Competencies Microsoft Excel: Advanced level (data analysis, formulas, and structured models). Microsoft Power BI: Basic to intermediate level (dashboards and KPI visualization). 3D CAD Reading: Solid ability to interpret and analyze 3D CAD models. Design Software: Experience with NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Nice to Have / Desirables Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) productivity tools . Knowledge of programming and data query tools such as Python or SQL . Previous exposure to structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
