Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts. - You'll work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities. - You'll develop staff across multiple projects and accounts taking responsibility for supporting performance management activities. - You'll take accountability for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties. - You'll engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support. - You'll be client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts. - You'll be a leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive. - You'll be able to work well with executives and non-executives. - **Flexible**: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
