Accenture Construct – Construction Manager, Transit, ANS

Job description

**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll ensure the safety of client employees, agency personnel, contractor staff, and the traveling public at all times. - You'll serve as the owner's representative for all aspects of the project, overseeing project staff, daily field and office operations, and all supporting project functions. - You'll support client executive leadership in the successful delivery and management of the project. - You'll monitor project schedules and budgets, provide regular reporting to executive leadership, and manage project execution to maintain quality, cost, and schedule objectives. - You'll assist in overseeing engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental, third-party, and community outreach activities throughout the project lifecycle. - You'll represent the client with community stakeholders and public agencies, including cities, counties, WSDOT, utilities, and permitting authorities. - You'll champion the project's safety culture and provide leadership and oversight to achieve zero lost-time incidents. - You'll ensure compliance with all client contract requirements and project governance standards. - You'll perform constructability reviews of design packages and provide recommendations to enhance project delivery, safety, and efficiency. - You'll coordinate construction activities with transit operations to minimize service disruptions through advance planning, communication, and ongoing coordination during active construction. - You'll oversee compliance with federal and state contract requirements on federally funded projects, including Buy America provisions, Davis-Bacon and Washington State prevailing wage requirements, and DBE reporting obligations. - **Onsite at client site**: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
