Accenture Construct - Construction Quality Manager, ANS

Job description

**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with applicable industry standards and regulations, including CFE, NOM, and IEC requirements. - You'll verify materials, installation practices, testing activities, and construction records to ensure quality and compliance throughout project execution. - You'll perform routine technical inspections and generate detailed photographic and documentary reports to support quality control activities. - You'll identify, document, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project stakeholders. - You'll oversee and validate electrical testing activities, including megger, transformer turns ratio (TTR), insulation resistance, dielectric, and related technical tests. - You'll analyze quality and technical performance metrics, presenting project status, risks, and quality updates during progress and executive-level meetings. - You'll manage project closeout activities, ensuring technical documentation, quality records, and deliverables are complete and properly maintained. - You'll collaborate closely with planning, construction supervision, engineering, and PMO teams to achieve project milestones and compliance objectives. - You'll support client inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews by representing the organization and providing quality-related documentation and evidence. - You'll drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, compliant, and contractually aligned project outcomes within industrial electrical projects. ### HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. - Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in industrial electrical projects, including high-voltage substations and transmission line projects. - Proven experience applying quality standards and regulations relevant to the Mexican energy sector, including CFE and NOM requirements. - Hands-on experience with electrical testing activities such as megger testing, TTR, insulation resistance, dielectric testing, and quality verification processes. - Strong background in technical documentation, record management, reporting, inspections, NCR management, and bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English).
