Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You’ll serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. - You’ll drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth. - You’ll lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals. - You’ll identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering. - You’ll oversee financial performance — including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting — to ensure profitability. - You’ll lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation. - You’ll deliver value engineering and cost‑saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards. - You’ll manage and develop a high‑performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives. - You’ll lead internal QA/QC reviews, post‑project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency. - You’ll champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance. - You’ll represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership. ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
