Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You’ll develop and review electrical commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for data center projects. - You’ll inspect and validate electrical installations, including HV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, and emergency power. - You’ll ensure compliance with electrical installation standards, government codes, AHJ requirements, and construction health and safety practices. - You’ll coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors, providing technical guidance and commissioning progress updates. - You’ll review electrical designs, specifications, submittals, test scripts, and factory and site test reports, while tracking RFIs and resolving technical issues. - You’ll conduct quality audits and witness electrical tests to verify compliance with client requirements and data center operational needs. - You’ll prepare commissioning documentation and sequence of energization plans, identifying risks and monitoring mitigation for safe testing and energization. - You’ll monitor project schedules, equipment deliveries, corrective actions, and documentation approvals, and perform other duties as assigned. - **Onsite at client site**: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
