Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You’ll lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes. - You’ll assess the people, process, and business impacts of change, partnering with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions and regulatory compliance. - You’ll collaborate with project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies that drive project success. - You’ll develop and deliver change management artifacts, including communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments. - You’ll integrate change management activities into overall project plans, construction schedules, and key regulatory or operational milestones. - You’ll build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and impacted teams to drive alignment and engagement, and provide training and coaching to strengthen organizational change capabilities. - You’ll establish and promote consistent change management methodologies, tools, and governance processes across programs and projects. - You’ll define, track, and report on change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and business outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor on best practices to drive continuous improvement across construction, engineering, and life sciences environments. - **Onsite at client site**: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
