Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You’ll provide technical, engineering, and project-coordination support for bond-eligible sustainability and energy capital projects through planning, scoping, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. - You’ll coordinate with project managers, District personnel, campus teams, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and technical specialists to address requirements, technical issues, design coordination, and implementation constraints. - You’ll review and coordinate design documents, technical submittals, requests for information, change-order proposals, field orders, monthly invoices, contract plans, specifications, and other project records. - You’ll support field verification and construction coordination to assess compliance with approved scopes, plans, specifications, College standards, and applicable Division of the State Architect requirements. - You’ll monitor project progress, document field observations, maintain project reports, track schedules and approved changes, and coordinate follow-up actions with project stakeholders. - You’ll coordinate project meetings, document minutes, track action items, communicate project status and outstanding issues, and verify that contractors maintain required record drawings and supporting documentation. - You’ll support technical due diligence and project development through field assessments, infrastructure evaluations, feasibility studies, utility coordination, and identification of site conditions, service requirements, potential upgrades, and project constraints. - You’ll help develop and validate project scopes, preliminary budgets, schedules, implementation approaches, project justifications, approval documentation, commissioning activities, and closeout requirements within available funding and applicable bond-eligibility requirements. - **Onsite at client site:** The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - At least 7 years of experience in a similar or equivalent project-management or construction-management position supporting commercial, public, or educational facility construction projects valued at more than $15 million - A BS or BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, or a related field ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu for reviewing, marking up, and coordinating project documents.Experience using Building Information Modeling tools and processes - Experience using an enterprise-level Project Management Information System for project tracking, documentation, and reporting - Familiarity with Division of the State Architect design, approval, and construction processes - Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including Building Management Systems, building automation, and controls
