Job description
**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA. - You'll advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project. - You'll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction. - You'll attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings. - You'll supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence. - You'll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects. - You'll manage local regulations. - You'll perform additional duties as assigned. ### HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety, with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management - Extensive experience in communications with contractors, coordination with design teams, and other project professionals - Advanced experience in executing data centers or mission-critical constructions - Advanced proficiency in using computer tools ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field - Experience as an Owner’s Representative - NFPA 70e certification - Previous experience in construction projects - Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate
