Accenture Construct – Vice President of Program Delivery, ANS

Job description

**You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."** You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. **Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.** Visit us here to learn more about [Accenture Construct](https://www.accenture.com/en/construct) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You’ll serve as a senior market‑facing executive responsible for driving growth, shaping large‑scale client transformations, and leading the successful delivery of complex capital programs across public and private sector clients. - You’ll partner with C‑suite and senior public‑sector leaders to modernize how they plan, govern, and execute capital investments — integrating capital program delivery, digital enablement, and operating model transformation. - You’ll act as a trusted advisor across the full capital lifecycle — planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations — leveraging Accenture’s global capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise. - You’ll originate, shape, and close large, complex infrastructure and capital projects engagements while building executive relationships across priority industries. - You’ll lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead, mobilizing global, multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring delivery excellence. - You’ll design and implement modern PMO and governance models, oversee integrated project controls, and leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to support portfolio‑level decision‑making. - You’ll build and mentor high‑performing teams, develop future leaders, and contribute to internal capability development across the practice. - You’ll represent Accenture as a thought leader in the industry, contributing to POVs, participating in forums, and collaborating across Accenture practices. **Work Location: Flexible** The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center.
