Shape and deliver the future of insurance We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are looking for a skilled Consultant (3–6 years' experience) to help leading Nordic insurers tackle their most important strategic and transformation challenges. About the role At Accenture Industry & Enterprise Financial Services, we work with clients across the full change life cycle, from strategy development to transformation delivery. You will help insurers across all lines of business solve challenges such as: Strategic focus Corporate strategy and growth opportunities Operating model design to support new business ambitions Strategic cost management and efficiency improvement Buy vs. build assessments to guide investment choices Transformation focus Designing and delivering change programs Value management and realization Platform and solution validation for insurance-specific needs Business process optimization and digital enablement Insurance expertise across all lines We work across the full insurance spectrum, and a genuine understanding of how insurance products work in practice is key - think customer journeys, core processes and operational realities across products such as Home, Motor, Accident, Life & Pension or Health. Experience across multiple lines is a strong plus and include: Life & Pension – e.g., key business processes including product and proposition development, advisory-led sales and distribution, policy administration, customer servicing and retirement journey transformation P&C / Non-life – e.g., key business processes including product and proposition development, distribution, claims excellence, customer servicing, portfolio performance and end-to-end operational transformation across personal and commercial lines Your profile You have 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, insurance, or corporate strategy roles. You are passionate about both defining where organizations should go and making sure they get there, and you are comfortable working across the full change lifecycle: from shaping strategy to delivering transformation within the insurance sector. As a person, you combine team spirit with analytical rigor. You enjoy taking initiative, solving problems collaboratively, and creating value for clients. What you bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to structure both ambiguous and operational problems Experience contributing to change initiatives or strategic analyses Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Master's degree with an excellent academic record Proficiency in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is preferred for this role) Experience within P&C insurance, life, health or specialty insurance is meriting What we offer You will collaborate across Accenture and client teams, often navigating complex organizations and connecting the right competencies to drive impact.
