Account Director

We are looking for an Account Director and lead our client services function while building strong partnerships with high-profile corporate clients.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* 12+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services.* At least 4 years in an Account Director or similar leadership role.* Experience in Events, Advertising, PR, Marketing Agencies, or Corporate Client Services.* Proven experience managing high-value B2B accounts.* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.* Fluent in Arabic & English.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and develop the Account Management team.* Manage and grow strategic B2B client relationships.* Drive account growth through upselling and business development.* Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.* Lead client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.Benefits* Competitive Salary*Medical Insurance* Social Insurance Location: Sheikh Zayed (On-site)
