Account Executive (AI Pentest)

Job description

🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers. Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest. We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place. Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter. AI is changing the penetration testing market, and Aikido is already one of the most visible players in the space. Our AI Pentest product is gaining traction in a rapidly growing market, helping businesses rethink how they approach penetration testing. We're looking for an Account Executive to build on that momentum, win new customers and drive revenue growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, develop strategic partnerships and help scale our commercial presence in a market with huge potential. This is an opportunity to join an established product with real momentum and play a key role in its next phase of growth. Responsibilities Manage sales opportunities Follow up on inbound leads Outbound and prospect Help with, and execute growth initiatives Commercial profile with proven experience in a technical domain, ideally selling penetration testing, offensive security or related security solutions. Proven track record of selling in fast-growing startups Comfortable working both in direct sales and partnerships at the same time An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in zero-to-one environments Hustler mentality, who is excellent at building relationships Based in London or Ghent What you can expect Short decision lines. Everything else is noise.
