Account Executive, Audit Manager

Job description

Healthcare organizations are under more compliance pressure than ever, and most are managing it the wrong way: scattered tools, manual tracking, and fragmented records that leave teams exposed and exhausted. Compliance has become someone's second job, not a program anyone is proud to stand behind. Compliancy Group exists to change that. We are the platform for healthcare compliance programs, consolidating every element of a complete program into one connected system, so organizations can simplify requirements, gain real visibility into where risk lives, operate with confidence, and be genuinely defensible when it matters most. We do not sell a tool and walk away. We build the program with you, combining purpose-built software, proprietary conformance scoring, and ongoing access to compliance advisors, until your organization has the structure, the evidence, and the expertise to lead compliance instead of just survive it. If you are the kind of person who wants to work on something that actually protects patients and providers, you are in the right place. Audit Manager is our solution for medical billing and coding audits. We’re looking for an Account Executive to grow our Audit Manager business. This role is a rare blend: you understand how medical billing and coding work, and you know how to run a great sales process. You don’t need to be a certified coder, but you need to speak the language of revenue cycle leaders and understand why audit readiness matters to them. If you’ve sold in the revenue cycle space and you’re excited to sell a solution that makes a real difference for providers, we’d love to meet you. **What you’ll do** - Own the full sales cycle for Audit Manager, from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close. - Build and manage your own pipeline, self-sourcing a meaningful share through strategic outbound to practice administrators, revenue cycle leaders, compliance officers, and coding managers. - Lead discovery conversations that uncover the coding and billing risks behind the immediate need, and connect them to the financial and compliance impact for the organization. - Deliver clear, confident demos that show how Audit Manager fits into a customer’s revenue cycle workflow. - Partner with our BDR team, sales engineering, and Customer Success to make sure every new client starts strong. - Keep your HubSpot activity current and accurate so pipeline and forecast data reflect reality. - Stay current on coding and billing trends, payer audit activity, and our competitive landscape so you can speak with authority in every conversation. **What we’re looking for** - 3+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive, with a track record of hitting quota. - Experience selling into healthcare, ideally within revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, coding, or healthcare IT. - A working knowledge of medical billing and coding concepts (such as CPT, ICD-10, claims, and denials). This doesn’t need to be advanced, but it needs to be real. - Strong discovery and demo skills: you ask before you pitch, and you can tailor a demo to what you’ve learned. - Experience with deal sizes in the $5K to $75K range and multi-stakeholder buying processes. - Comfort with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach. - A collaborative mindset: you care as much about your teammates’ success as your own. **Bonus points if you have** - Experience selling for an RCM, coding audit, clearinghouse, or practice management company. - A coding or billing background (such as CPC or CCS certification, or hands-on revenue cycle work) before moving into sales. **What Compliancy Group offers** - Extensive onboarding and ongoing development on both the platform and the sales motion. - Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and unlimited PTO. - A remote-first role, with the option to come together in person at key moments. - A transparent, collaborative culture that invests in people and takes the work seriously. Base Salary: $100,000 + uncapped commission, OTE $145-170k Location: Remote **PLEASE READ:** Our team has recently been notified of a phishing scam targeting candidates applying for Compliancy Group’s open roles, where scammers have been posing as recruiters in an effort to access candidates’ personal information.
