Each of our 100+ offices has its own individual identity, and each also has its own unique rewards. トランスパーフェクトは世界各地に140以上の拠点を展開し、高品質な言語ソリューションを提供しています。 現在東京オフィスで、新規営業と既存営業を行う Account Executive を募集しております。 語学力を生かしてグローバルに活躍されたい方、ぜひご応募ください。 【業務内容】 Aggressively target new markets and contacts (up to and including C level executives) to increase company client base Display skill at independent lead generation, cold calling, negotiation and closing Creatively problem-solve to improve current new business development strategy Act as primary contact for all clients within a prescribed territory Strategize the most efficient process for generating business within the territory Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales to continuously grow Sales revenue Be responsible for all revenue generated within the assigned territory Be knowledgeable about prospective clients specifically as well as general industry knowledge Create and update accurate spreadsheets of prospective and current client information Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheets Cold call prospective clients Attend trade shows, conferences, events, and functions relating to the industry in order to develop contacts and leads Utilize social skills and standing to best represent TransPerfect in order to make a positive impressions on prospective clients Constantly represent TransPerfect to all existing contacts to best create a positive brand and generate interest through word-of-mouth marketing strategies Liaise with Production to improve workflow and ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product Provide feedback regarding Project Managers and Quality Managers within Production Be responsible for all account management within individual territory Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with existing and prospective clients Improve professional relationships to focus on larger volume projects and contractual agreements with clients Enter new jobs into the “Jobs Database” Create and deliver accurate and complete Job Toolkits, using TransPerfect’s existing template Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process including TransPerfect’s rates, justification for turnaround time and competitors’ information Bill completed jobs in a timely fashion Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service Investigate with Production any claims of poor quality or questions from clients after a translation has been completed Negotiate appropriate measures with clients in the face of quality and timeliness issues Forward all customer feedback to Production and management Utilize management skills to improve various process within and between Sales and Production Aggressively pursue due and overdue unpaid revenue from clients via phone calls, letters and other creative methods to make certain that clients pay in a timely manner Be an expert in the translation industry including leaders, competitive data, proposal formats, competitive rates and marketing strategies and well as local competitors Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor 【インターナショナルな営業チーム】 東京の営業チームは20～50代、インターナショナルなバックグラウンドを持った社員がほとんどです。ご入社後まずは営業活動に注力していただきますが、将来的にチームのマネジメントをお願いする可能性もあります。 【若手が活躍できる環境】 海外オフィスではマネジャーとして活躍している若手の社員が多くいます。30代でVPとして活躍している社員もおり、年齢にとらわれず"頑張った人が適正に評価される"環境がグローバル全体で整っています。 【基本的な採用プロセス - 3～4週間】 人事面接（日本語）→ オフィス面接（日本語）→ 海外マネジャー面接（英語、2回）およびオンライン適性試験→最終オンライン面接（英語） 【年収・給与】 年俸制：経験に応じて、ベース＋コミッション制 社会保険完備 交通費支給（月額上限3万円） 【必須条件】 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル 社内コミュニケーション（ミーティング、トレーニング等）で英語を使用します。 法人営業経験2～3年以上 大卒もしくは同等の資格 問題解決能力および分析力 社交的で人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方 前向きでプレッシャーに強い方 タイムマネジメントやマルチタスクが得意な方 【労働時間および休日】 月～金 9：00-19：00の間で労働8時間＋休憩1時間 週休2日制（土日祝日）、有給休暇（初年度15日）、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇 【契約形態】 1年目は契約社員（最初の6ヶ月は試用期間）、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行 ※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。 【その他】 - オフィス内完全禁煙 【最寄り駅】 東京メトロ丸の内線「西新宿」から徒歩6分 都営大江戸線「西新宿5丁目」から徒歩6分
