Account Executive (Ex-Construction)

Job description

## About Aphex At Aphex, we believe the best way to improve construction delivery is to give people the tools and time to do their jobs. That's why we're on a mission to transform how engineers and site managers plan, communicate and track their work every day. Our customers are the industry's giants, building the tunnels, roads, bridges and power stations that define our cities. Our users are the engineers and project managers who make these projects happen. Since launching in the UK in 2019, we've become the dominant platform for infrastructure and major construction projects across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, with most of these countries' major infrastructure projects now running on Aphex. We're now expanding into Europe and Asia. We've found strong product-market fit, proven we can scale internationally, and are building the team to do it again. Construction contributes around 10% of global GDP, yet has barely moved the needle on productivity in decades. We're changing that, and the market is responding. ## The Role This Account Executive role is perfect for someone ambitious who wants to change their career trajectory and be the architect of their own success. You'll join a high-performing Australian team of customer success and account management professionals. This role suits someone with a deep understanding of construction who wants to put that experience to work in a fast-moving, rewarding environment and shape their own path. At Aphex, we believe deeply that we are in the business of successful construction project delivery. As an Account Executive, you'll embody this principle: establishing relationships, deploying projects that deliver value, then helping companies see that value and adopt it throughout the business.
