Previous experience selling digital marketing services, SEO, lead generation, CRM solutions, or marketing automation packages is a significant advantage. ## Benefits: - **Competitive Compensation:** Base salary combined with uncapped commission, offering substantial earning potential tied to individual performance. - **Recurring Commission Opportunities:** Earn 15% ongoing residual income, providing the opportunity to build long-term earnings through retained customer relationships. - **Fully Remote Work:** Work remotely from Brazil with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your sales activities in a distributed environment. - **Performance-Based Incentives:** Access additional performance incentives and negotiable compensation structures based on experience and results. - **Clear Career Progression:** Opportunity to advance into a sales leadership position as the business grows and its sales organization expands. - **Dedicated Operational Support:** Benefit from a dedicated partner handling technical implementations, system buildouts, and administrative work, allowing you to concentrate on prospecting, selling, and closing. - **Direct Leadership Collaboration:** Work closely with the founder to shape sales strategy, influence commercial decisions, and contribute to business growth. - **Innovative Technology Environment:** Sell AI-powered marketing and automation solutions that help businesses improve lead generation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. - **High-Impact Role:** Take ownership of revenue generation in a growing business, with the opportunity to make a measurable contribution to its commercial success.
