Job description

**Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.** At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the **Docebo Heart**: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. ## The Adventure Ahead 🚀 Are you ready to spearhead Docebo’s growth across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg (FBL)? As our Account Executive, Mid-Market, you’ll own a high-impact territory, bringing our industry-leading AI learning platform to mid-sized organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. Working alongside a dedicated BDR and marketing team, you’ll act as both a strategic hunter and trusted advisor, displacing legacy incumbents and transforming how companies empower their workforce. This is your chance to build a repeatable growth motion, win market share, and make a massive impact on our regional expansion! ## The Day-to-Day 📅 - **Spearhead Territory Growth:** Build and execute an ambitious account plan across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, targeting prime 1,000–5,000 employee mid-market accounts. - **Hunt Greenfield Opportunities:** Drive proactive outbound pipeline generation, identifying whitespace and engaging key target accounts long before formal RFI/RFP processes begin. - **Partner for Success:** Collaborate daily with your dedicated BDR and Marketing partners to run targeted ABM campaigns, craft sharp localized messaging, and convert high-quality leads into active opportunities. - **Master Full-Cycle Execution:** Guide deals seamlessly from discovery through commercial close, translating complex customer challenges into compelling, ROI-driven business cases for senior executive stakeholders. - **Orchestrate Win Strategies:** Act as the commercial quarterback, rallying cross-functional teams—including Solutions Consulting, Legal, Services, and Product—to deliver tailored demos, pitches, and flawless customer handovers. - **Outmaneuver the Competition:** Position Docebo’s cutting-edge AI platform to clearly differentiate and win against legacy alternatives such as 360Learning, Rise Up, Bealink, Cegid/Talentsoft, and Cornerstone. ## Your Superpowers ⚡ - **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success closing new business in B2B SaaS, with a history of hitting and exceeding quota in complex mid-market accounts. - **Relentless Hunter Mindset:** Exceptional account-planning and pipeline-generation skills with an appetite for opening new doors and managing end-to-end sales cycles. - **Consultative Selling Mastery:** Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with senior L&D, HR, Talent, and C-level stakeholders while communicating measurable business value. - **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Natural ability to rally internal teams—including BDRs, Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Legal—into a cohesive, winning deal team. - **Operational Rigor:** High CRM discipline, accurate forecasting skills, and a structured approach to mutual action plans and deal progression. - **Bilingual Expertise:** Native French speaker with fluent professional English, giving you the confidence to navigate local market nuances and internal global collaboration seamlessly. ## Bonus Points 🌟 - **Regional Network:** Existing relationships or prior experience collaborating with HR/EdTech integration partners, consultancies, and ecosystems across France and Benelux. - **Domain Knowledge:** Direct experience selling Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or broader HR Tech/Workforce Intelligence solutions. - **Competitive Displacements:** A proven track record of directly displacing legacy Learning and HR Tech platforms in competitive pitch scenarios. ## **Our Hybrid Work Philosophy 🤝** Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. With flexibility the rest of the week, it’s a balance designed to help everyone do their best work and keep growing. ## **Our Total Rewards Philosophy** 🎉 Our Total Rewards Philosophy centers around three core areas to reward and care for our People: - **Rewarding Impact:** We lead with competitive pay to reward the impact, skills and traits that fuel our success. - **Fostering Holistic Wellbeing:** We care deeply about and invest in the whole person with programs that support our people’s physical, mental, and financial well-being. - **Empowering Our Talent Culture:** We build a culture of trust and empowerment by designing our rewards and benefits with transparency, equity, and flexibility, enabling our people to do their best work and stay for the long haul. ## **Our Promise to You** 😍 - **Financial Wellness:** Own a piece of Docebo through our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) at a 15% discount, plus a competitive compensation package. - **Your Well-Being, Covered:** You’ll get access to health benefits, so you can get the care you need when you need it. - **Rest, Relax, Repeat:** Rest and recharge with paid vacation days, two company-wide Docebo Days, floating holidays for cultural celebrations, and your birthday off! - **Family First**: We provide coverage offering you time with your little one(s) so you can soak up all those precious moments.
