Account Manager Junior

Job description

# **Who We Are** Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents. Backed by €60 million from top-tier investors Sequoia Capital and Kima Ventures, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners. ## **Account Management Team** The Account Management team is the link between Zefir and the network of partner real estate agents who sell our clients' homes. The team finds them, trains them, and makes them perform. As an Account Manager Junior, you own the first half of that journey: you map your market, you find and qualify the agents, and you get them ready. Once an agent is trained and running, you hand them over to an Account Manager, who takes the long-term relationship from there. This is the entry point into the Account Management team, and the role is built as a training ground. The natural next step is Account Manager. ## **Responsibilities** - Map your local market and identify the agents worth approaching. - Source and qualify agents against Zefir's standards. - Assign signed mandates to the most relevant qualified agents. - Onboard and train new agents until they are autonomous on their first seller appointment. - Hand trained agents over to the Account Management team, and follow through on the handover. - Trigger and manage agent replacements when performance is not there. - Track your KPIs on sourcing, assignment, onboarding and listing lead times. - Improve the sourcing and onboarding playbooks with the Ops and Account Management teams. ## **About you** You could be a strong fit if you like operational, high-volume work, you are comfortable on the phone, and you want to learn account management properly rather than be thrown into it. - **Experience**: 1 to 2 years in a client-facing or operational role. Sales, recruitment, onboarding, account management, operations or real estate all work. This is a junior role and we recruit on potential. - **Organisation**: you handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups without dropping anyone. - **Communication**: you build trust quickly with people who are not employees and owe you nothing. - **Ownership**: you would rather act and adjust than wait for instructions. - **Data**: you are comfortable reading your own KPIs and doing something about them. - **Languages**: French and English. ## **Hiring process** - Phone interview (30 min) with Talent. - Interview with Alexe, Account Management Lead. - Technical interview. - Behavioural interview. - Reference calls, final feedback and offer. ## **Benefits** ### *The following is for permanent employees only. For other contracts (interns, apprentices, fixed-term..), please, check with your recruiter.* - **Competitive salary**: You can run your own simulation with our [salary calculator](https://www.zefir.fr/zefir-salary-calculator). - **BSPCE (Stock Options)**: Available for everyone, with monthly vesting after year one, over a 4-year period. - **Healthcare plan**: Full coverage with Alan for team members, their partners, and children. - **Office in Le Peletier, Paris (9th arrondissement)**: With flexible remote work options. - **Swile meal card**: €11 per worked day. - **Swile mobility card**: €45/month to support sustainable transportation (metro, carpooling, biking…). - **Team events**: Monthly Mixers to connect and share good times, and quarterly All Hands to celebrate wins across the company. ## **Our Operating Principles** 🏔️ **Steep Mountains Are Steep:** Setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them. 🌊 **Ride Reality:** Actively seeking challenges and thriving by adapting flexibly to changes. 🏀 **Play for the Front of the Jersey:** Prioritizing team success over individual recognition. ## **Application & Process** We welcome applications from anyone, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or experience. Our team values authenticity and diverse perspectives. For all roles, our interview process emphasizes hands-on exercises, case studies, or discussions about specific examples of your previous work. We ensure objectives and expectations are clearly communicated at every step. ##
