Accountant

Job Description & Summary Responsibilities : As a member of the PwC accounting and tax compliance team , you will be engaged in day-to-day accounting and tax support of our clients ( multinational companies ). Your primary responsibilities will be : Performing daily accounting operations , including booking bank statements , acts of acceptance , delivery notes , and VAT invoices ( outgoing and incoming ), as well as revenue / expenses recognit ion . Maintaining primary documents , which involves requesting necessary documentation from suppliers , sorting , and preparing various documents for accounting purposes . Recording and managing fixed assets in the accounting system . Communicating with clients ( both written and oral ) ; Preparation of various statistical reports . Providing support to Senior colleagues in the preparation of VAT , Corporate Profit Tax (CPT) reports , financial statements in accordance with local GAAP/IFRS standards. Participating in month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing processes . Requirements : University degree in Economic , Tax , Audit and Accounting sphere . Work experience as an accountant about 1 year . Good command of spoken and written Ukrainian and at least intermediate level of English . IT literacy (MS Word, Excel), good knowledge of Excel is a plus . Time management skills . Ability to work in a team , flexibility . Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously .
