Due to continued growth and success, Just Develop iT are on the lookout for new Accountant to expand the team across a portfolio of successful companies, based at our head office is Segensworth, Fareham. Key Responsibilities - Update & Manage Cashflow - Bank Reconciliations - Invoice Approvals - Credit Card Reconciliation - Monthly & Annual preparation of the accounts for the Property department - Overseeing Purchase Ledger entry & orchestrate weekly payment runs, authorising payments - Month End Journal Entries - Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Management of financial systems & reporting - Budgets/Forecasting - Monthly Payroll processing - Cashflow forecast and drawdown requests - Quarterly VAT returns - Quarterly internal financial reporting - Liaising with the Auditors for year-end requests - Liaising with the management to analyse data & provide financial information - Maintaining CRM - Valuation reports Skills & Experience Essential Strong understanding of Accounting principles Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational skills Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Able to manage workload and meet deadlines Positive and proactive attitude Desirable Experience using Xero Experience running payroll What we offer in return Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + up to 10% annual bonus scheme Company pension scheme Holiday: 24 days + birthday off + bank holidays + length of service accrual Brilliant onsite facilities, including a gym, bar, free hair cuts, coffee bar, free drinks, breakfast, lunch & snacks Regular company social activities Netflix & Apple Music vouchers Wellbeing & Osteopath allowance BUPA Health & Dental Life Assurance + many more Please note, this is an office based position.
