Your mission Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) activities Process and post incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and in a timely manner Monitor, allocate and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments Manage customer accounts, payment follow-ups and collection activities Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax requirements Support internal and external audits Maintain and improve accounting and finance processes within the ERP system, such as SAP FI Collaborate closely with internal Finance teams and international stakeholders Your profile Fluent in French English and Chinese is required Completed degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field Solid professional experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment allocation, account reconciliation and collections Why us?
