Accounting Intern (Students)

Your Contribution; Responsible of perform general accounting activities; provide financial support to GL MX team to ensure the quality and compliance of the financial information that will be reported to HQ and Controlling areas. Tracking and control of accrued medical insurances (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually). Control of amortization of advance payments. Monitoring the increase of accrual and consumptions of professional services. Support internal and external audits. Develop financial data generated from GL MX team and prepare FX reports to show financial results to Controlling. Prepare fixed asset lease Roll forwards. NIF D-5. Follow up fix asset lease controls, such as monitoring the leasing expense, preventive control of asset additions and retirements etc. Your Experience & Qualifications; Bilingual (English/Spanish) 80%. Actual use of Microsoft office package mainly Excel. Hands on experience with SAP is desirable. Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
