What You’ll Own
Multi-Client Accounting & Month-End Close
- Own month-end close across multiple U.S.-based client accounts
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers
- Manage and oversee:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review financial records for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific accounting requirements
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as a trusted accounting partner to U.S. business owners
- Manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Explain financial results and accounting issues in clear, business-friendly language
- Proactively communicate:
- Financial trends
- Reporting issues

- Upcoming deadlines

Payroll, AP & Compliance
- Process and oversee payroll and employee onboarding
- Work with payroll platforms including:

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Build customized financial reports and dashboards for business owners
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and operating performance
