About the role: As an Administrator you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, UK, Ireland and Dubai markets. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What you will do: Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards. Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly. Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams. Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, UK, Ireland, Dubai. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. Previous experience in an accounts payable role. You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others. Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP. Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
