We’re proud to be building a world-class Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) in India — and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented AP Accountant to grow with us and help deliver excellence in finance operations. **Your Mission** As an AP Accountant in our SSC, you’ll take ownership of the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, ensure compliance with Indian and global tax and regulatory requirements, and play a key role in supporting our global finance operations. Partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors, you’ll uphold service quality and help drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, technology-driven environment where your ideas truly matter. **What You’ll Do** **Accounts Payable Operations** · Process vendor invoices accurately and on time in SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring full compliance with company policies, Indian tax laws (e.g., GST, TDS), and regulatory requirements. - Manage payment runs and ensure timely disbursement to vendors. - Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies professionally, promptly, and with a service-first mindset. - Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations, and deliver accurate, timely reports to stakeholders. **Collaboration & Support** - Coordinate with procurement, finance, IT, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. - Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. - Support transition and stabilization of AP processes within the SSC. **Process Improvement** - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. - Contribute to standardization and documentation of AP processes. - Support implementation of digital tools and enhancements in SAP S/4 HANA. ## Requirements **What You Bring** - A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. - 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a shared services or multinational (MNC) environment. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems. - Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS) and compliance frameworks. - Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership and work independently.
