This position involves coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining detailed financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial systems, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. ## **Responsibilities** - Invoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Account Reconciliation: Request vendor account statements, perform reconciliations, and research and correct any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.​ - Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly.​ - Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, including generating and distributing billing reports to stakeholders.​ ## **Qualifications and Job Requirements** - Accounting Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.​ - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata.​ - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.​ - Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.​ ## **What We Offer** - 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
