You will play a key role in supporting the business's payment commitments by processing invoices, maintaining vendor information, and ensuring compliance with established processes. What You Will Be Doing Processing incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintaining vendor information and ensuring records are accurate and up to date Supporting the delivery of the Group's payment commitments through efficient accounts payable processing Following established accounts payable processes, procedures, and compliance requirements Providing high-quality customer service to internal teams and external vendors Resolving accounts payable queries and supporting issue resolution Working collaboratively within a high-performing finance team to achieve shared goals Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines, particularly during peak processing periods What You Bring Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Officer or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines The ability to work collaboratively within a team while following established processes and direction Flexibility to support the team during peak workload periods
