Accounts Receivable Specialist

You will also serve as a key point of contact for accounts receivable inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients nationwide. Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain an AR portfolio with updated and accurate notes
• Document collection status on each matter using the firm’s internal system
• Perform E-bill Audit
• Researching status of bill payments
• Monthly communication to clients to collect on open invoices
• Business to Business collections
• Reconcile payments with AR ledger and correct discrepancies
• Identify client refunds needed due to overpayments and work with other teams in the department to have them processed
• Respond to partner inquires timely and accurately
• Respond to client inquiries timely and accurately
• Special projects related to the firm’s AR portfolio as needed
