**About the Client** Our client is an established, mid-sized US company that sells to business customers and runs a lean, hands-on finance function. Their accounting team works in a practical, less automated environment built on Sage 100 and Excel, where people are trusted to own their work from start to finish. They’re looking for a dependable remote professional to take charge of their entire AR desk and work closely with their sales, operations, and accounting teams. **Why does this role exist?** The company needs one experienced, detail-oriented person to take full ownership of its accounts receivable, from invoicing through collections and reconciliation. This role keeps cash flowing in, customer accounts accurate, and billing disputes resolved quickly, so leadership can trust the numbers without chasing them. You’ll also give light administrative support to company leadership.
