Job Title - Content Management Senior Manager – S&C Global Network Song Management Level : Senior Manager ( Level 6) Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune Must have skills: Content Strategy & Content Marketing, Content Management Systems (CMS) & Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Omni channel Content Activation, SEO, DCO, Landing Page Optimization, Workflow, MRM, PIM, MAM Integrations, Requirement Gathering & Functional Specification & Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Good to have skills: MarTech / AdTech Platform Knowledge, AEM, Sitecore, and other CMS/DXP tools, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, Analytics, Tagging & Web Optimization, Content Distribution across Paid, Owned & Earned Channels • Job Summary: As the Content Management Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and governance of enterprise wide content management systems and digital experience platforms. You will define content activation strategies across channels, manage end to end workflows, and ensure seamless integration within the broader MarTech ecosystem. Your role will involve driving transformation initiatives for global clients, enabling efficient content operations, and ensuring measurable business impact. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies, omni channel activation plans, and tech architecture roadmaps. • Create content formats, templates, SEO optimized frameworks, and processes for DCO, landing page optimization, and organic growth. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs for DXP/CMS/DAM implementations. • Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to deploy DXP, DAM, and related platforms; drive change management and adoption. • Design workflows for CMS/DAM and integrate with MarTech platforms including MRM, PIM, MAM, CMPs, personalization engines, and collaboration tools. • Evaluate existing workflows, document processes, define KPIs, and support vendor assessments for tools such as Adobe. • Lead a team of content management specialists; manage work allocation, training, SME support, and performance. • Support business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Deep understanding of CMS/DXP tools like AEM, AEM Assets, Sitecore. Strong knowledge of DXP/CMS components including templates, workflows, authoring tools, personalization. Experience in designing and implementing content distribution across website, email, blogs, social, and external platforms. Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, analytics, tagging, and cross device compatibility. - Hands on experience with Agile methodology and writing user stories. - Exposure to content discovery platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) & social ecosystems. - Experience optimizing MarTech/AdTech platforms and driving process improvements Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Gurugram/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabd/Pune office.
