(English follows) 【部署の説明 】 日本会計、IFRS基準、及び経済価値ベースでの決算、財務分析、中期経営計画の策定とその実現に向けた戦略の立案、さらに保険数理モデルの設計・構築・維持管理ならびに高度化。 【職務内容】 本ポジションは、特別勘定商品を中心とした契約者価額計算に関する保険数理モデル・計算ロジックの設計・構築・維持管理・検証および高度化を担います。 新商品・既存商品の双方を対象に、正確性・安定性・統制の取れた契約者価額計算プロセスを維持・改善し、会社の基幹業務および決算・バリュエーションを支える重要な役割を担います。 特別勘定商品の契約者価額計算（モニタリングおよび開発） 1. 特別勘定商品の契約者価額の管理・モニタリング 特別勘定商品（既契約を含む）に関する契約者価額の計算結果を一元的に管理し、日次・月次・年次のモニタリングを実施 計算結果の妥当性確認、異常値の検知および原因分析を行い、必要に応じて関係部門と連携して対応 商品改定や制度変更に伴う影響を把握し、契約者価額計算への反映を主導 2. 変額商品向け口数（ユニット）計算に関する基幹システム対応・モニタリング 変額保険商品の口数（ユニット）計算ロジックについて、基幹システム上の仕様設計・検証を担当 システム改修や新商品導入時における要件定義、テスト、移行対応への関与 システムと数理モデルの整合性を確保し、安定した運用を支援 計算結果の妥当性確認、異常値の検知および原因分析を行い、必要に応じて関係部門と連携して対応 3. 特別勘定商品においてシステム外での補完的な契約者価額計算や検証のためのExcelモデル作成・運用 マニュアル計算を通じたシステム計算結果の検証および説明資料の作成 【入社後の教育・研修について】 １．アクチュアリー資格（日本、海外）、及びその他の関連資格（会計、投信業務関連など）の資格取得サポート（Study Leaveや受験費用補助、資格取得時の報奨金） ２．英語力向上のための研修 【当該業務の魅力】 １．幅広いアクチュアリー関連業務：財務、商品、リスク、システム等々、様々な分野に関わりながらのアクチュアリーとしての知識習得・実務経験 ２．日本基準・国際会計基準双方の経験・多様な会計基準の知識習得・実務経験 ３．アクチュアリーとしての専門性を軸に持ちつつ、会計やシステム開発、に加え、会計、IT若しくはビジネス等、+αの専門性を習得できる環境 ４．経営計画の策定、計画達成ための戦略立案にあたり、アクチュアリー・ファイナンスの領域を超えて、会社のビジネス全体を俯瞰して、会社の業績に直接的な貢献をすることができる。 5. 最新の保険数理モデリングソフトウェアから基幹システム内のレガシーコードのプログラムまで、多種多様な計算ロジックに触れることができ、これを通じて保険商品の仕組みやプログラミングスキル、数理モデル構築手法を深く学び習得できる環境 【将来のキャリア展望】 本ポジションでは、特別勘定商品を中心とした契約者価額計算および関連する数理・バリュエーション業務を通じて、アクチュアリーとしての高度な専門性を深化させることができます。 あわせて、会計（JGAAP等）、システム・IT、業務プロセス設計といった周辺領域の知見を実務を通じて習得し、数理モデルと実務・システム・会計をつなぐ中核人材として成長することが期待されます。 【Must】 １．保険数理の知識・経験 (3年以上の業務経験があることが望ましい) ２．ビジネスレベルの日本語 ３．潜在的課題を見抜き、自発的に行動できる ４．チームプレーヤー 【Want】 １．プログラミングに関する知識と経験 ２．保険商品の数理事項に関する十分な知識と経験 ３．ビジネス文書の作成能力 (日本語及び英語) ４．ビジネスレベルの英語力 【業界経験】 生命保険：尚可 金融業界：尚可 その他想定業界など：財務又はデータ分析に関する経験があることが望ましい。 -------------------------------------------------------------- ■Explanation of division Financial reporting and analysis based on Japanese accounting standards, IFRS standards, and economic value basis, development and enhancement of actuarial models, as well as the creation of medium-term planning (MTP) and strategies to achieve it. ■Job Description This position is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, validation, and enhancement of actuarial models and calculation logic related to policyholder value calculations, with a primary focus on Special Account (Variable Life / Annuity) products. Covering both new and in‑force products, the role plays a critical part in maintaining and continuously improving accurate, stable, and well‑controlled policyholder value calculation processes, which underpin the company’s core operations as well as its financial closing and actuarial valuation activities. Policyholder Value Calculation for Special Account Products (Monitoring and Development) 1. Management and Monitoring of Policyholder Values for Special Account Products Centrally manage calculation results of policyholder values for Special Account products, including in‑force business, and perform daily, monthly, and annual monitoring Validate calculation results, detect anomalies, and conduct root‑cause analysis; collaborate with relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues Assess the impact of product changes, regulatory updates, and system enhancements, and lead their proper reflection in policyholder value calculations 2. Core System Support and Monitoring for Unit (Account Unit) Calculations of Variable Products Design and review specifications for unit (account unit) calculation logic for variable insurance products implemented in the core administration system Contribute to requirements definition, testing, and migration activities associated with system enhancements and new product launches Ensure consistency and alignment between actuarial models and system implementations to support stable and reliable operations Validate calculation results, identify anomalies, and perform root‑cause analysis in collaboration with relevant departments when required 3. Development and Operation of Excel-Based Models for Supplementary Calculations and Validation Develop and maintain Excel-based models for supplementary policyholder value calculations and validation outside the admin system Perform manual calculations to validate system results and prepare explanatory and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders ■Education and Training after Joining the Company 1. Support on actuarial qualifications (SOA, IFoA, IAJ), as well as other related certifications (such as accounting and investment), including study leave, exam fee subsidies, and rewards upon certification. 2.
