Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the office and various departments. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondences. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Manage office supplies and equipment. Assist in organizing company events and activities. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings. Maintain and update databases and filing systems. Perform general administrative and clerical tasks. Requirements Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience in an administrative role.
