Southwest Construction Services is a Texas-based construction company founded in 1993. We specialize in concrete, sawing, waterproofing, architectural flooring, demolition, and related construction services across the DFW area and beyond. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting multiple departments, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Assist with administrative support for sales, project, and warranty-related activities Coordinate and process documents such as purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and customer-related paperwork Maintain accurate digital records through scanning, filing, and document organization Support communication between internal teams, vendors, customers, and field employees Track and follow up on outstanding items to help ensure timely completion Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office coordination Help support office operations and special projects as assigned Provide professional customer service both in person and over the phone What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook Construction or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office, administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options Paid time off 401(k) program Opportunities for career growth and development
